  9. I didn't notice this thread earlier, but let me state for the record,
  10. that there is no lawsuit to discuss.

  12. If a customer is unhappy with the performace of one of our products,
  13. they should contact sales to seek a refund.

  15. The only "lawsuit" I've heard about is a rumor started by an
  16. ex-betatester. He bought the 3.0 upgrade and was unhappy, and
  17. threatened to smear us online. We offered him a full refund,
  18. and we never heard from him again.
